Spiced Pear Vanilla Sour

This Spiced Pear Vanilla Sour brings together fruit and warm spice in a cocktail that's both cozy and refreshing. It’s a seasonal favorite that’s easy to enjoy year-round. The subtle sweetness of our handmade Vanilla Brown Sugar adds depth and natural flavor to the simple syrup, which complements the brightness of fresh lemon juice and the floral notes of pear.

Whether you're serving it at a dinner gathering or mixing one up at the end of a long day, this cocktail will satisfy your craving for a smooth, balanced drink.

Using Vanilla Brown Sugar in the syrup is what gives this drink its signature character. It dissolves easily and infuses the syrup with hints of real vanilla bean, enhancing the pear and citrus without overpowering them. A dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick can bring just the right amount of spice for colder months, but the base of this cocktail is clean and crisp enough to work any time. Try garnishing with a fresh pear slice for a natural touch or a lemon twist for a bit of brightness. Once you make the simple syrup, you may find yourself reaching for it again and again for cocktails, teas, or drizzled over roasted fruit.
