About Us
Andrea’s Bakehouse was founded in 2022 by Andrea Pérez in Fullerton, CA. Her love for baking began in high school, and after college, she started the business to help cover expenses while in grad school. The Bakehouse quickly became popular at local farmers markets, and with the help of a fellow vendor, she expanded to a commercial kitchen. Today, Andrea’s Bakehouse is well-known at the Orange Farmers Market, offers dessert bars for events, teaches baking classes, and is sold in retail stores around Orange County. The name reflects her passion for creating a welcoming community.
About Our Products
At Andrea’s Bakehouse, we prioritize quality ingredients. We use several organic staples—flour, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, molasses, espresso beans and vanilla—to ensure our baked goods are both delicious and wholesome. Our brown sugar is made by hand with organic sugar and molasses. Our vanilla extract is made in small batches and aged for 6 months before being bottled. And our sourdough starter is carefully fed, dehydrated, and packaged each week.
Come to the farmers market and try our sourdough banana bread, which has become a best-seller. Our chocolate chip cookies are a crowd favorite, with two special customers in particular saying they remind them of mom's cookies.
