At Andrea’s Bakehouse, we take pride in offering high-quality baked
goods and handmade baking ingredients. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. While
we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable and
handmade nature of our products, we do offer refunds in cases where you're not
fully satisfied.

 

We define satisfaction as the product’s taste, quality, or condition
upon arrival. Please note that this policy does not cover
issues outside our control, such as delays
caused by shipping
carriers or improper storage after delivery.

 

Baked Goods

If you are unsatisfied with any of our baked goods, such as
chocolate chip cookies, sourdough banana bread, or chocolate zucchini
bread, please email
us at refund@andreasbakehouse.com
within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief
explanation of the issue, and photos of the product.

 

Handmade Baking
Ingredients

For baking ingredients such as vanilla
extract, coffee extract,
brown sugar, or sourdough starter, please contact us within 30 days
of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and
photos of the product.
