Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds 1 cup raw cashews
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
¼ cup Andrea’s Bakehouse Vanilla Brown Sugar 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional) Instructions
Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix nuts and oats:
In a large bowl, combine almonds, cashews, pecans, and oats (plus coconut if using).

Prepare the glaze:
In a small bowl, stir together Andrea’s Bakehouse Vanilla Brown Sugar, melted butter or coconut oil, salt, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over the nut and oat mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Bake:
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Cool and add mix-ins:
Let the mixture cool completely. Stir in dried cranberries or raisins and chocolate chips if using.

Store:
