Vanilla Cold Brew Tonic

This Vanilla Cold Brew Tonic is a bright, balanced way to enjoy coffee when the weather is warm or when you want something a little different than your usual cup of joe. The mix of cold brew, tonic water, and a touch of Andrea’s Bakehouse Vanilla Extract  creates a lively and smooth afternoon beverage. The vanilla rounds out the coffee’s bitterness, while the bubbles add a refreshing lift. It comes together in minutes and has just enough nuance without being fussy.

Serve it over ice in a tall glass with a twist of orange for a bright citrus note. It pairs well with warm mornings, afternoon breaks, or light summer desserts. If you’re already brewing cold coffee at home, this recipe is a natural next step. Having a good-quality vanilla extract on hand makes all the difference in flavor. Keep a small-batch vanilla extract in your pantry for small upgrades like this that make everyday moments feel more significant.
