2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)

½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions Preheat the oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
