Recipe

You need:

  • 2 sticks softened butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Andrea’s Bakehouse vanilla brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • Generous pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy
  2. Mix in eggs one at a time until incorporated
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt
  4. Gently stir in chocolate
  5. Scoop out 3-tbsp balls onto a greased pan
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight)
  7. Bake at 375° F for 11-13 minutes
  8. While cooling, sprinkle with flaky salt
