Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe
You need:
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Andrea’s Bakehouse vanilla brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- Generous pinch of salt
Directions:
- Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- Mix in eggs one at a time until incorporated
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt
- Gently stir in chocolate
- Scoop out 3-tbsp balls onto a greased pan
- Chill for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight)
- Bake at 375° F for 11-13 minutes
- While cooling, sprinkle with flaky salt
